HOW TO PAY.

Important: A booking cannot be confirmed until a Deposit is paid.  To prevent confusion there are no "provisional bookings".

 

To book and confirm any service please forward a Deposit of £100.

All relevant paperwork will be forwarded to you; Receipt & Contract.

Please pay remainder 28 days Prior to your event. 

Whether it's a Deposit, Full Payment or Remaining Balance

Or Simply bring a cheque to one of our meetings.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1 : All bookings are made and confirmed in writing.

2: A booking is confirmed and put in the diary only when the deposit is received.

3: All outstanding fees are payable 28 days in advance of the event.

Please ensure -

• A secure/safe electrical socket.
• A space 6 foot by 6 foot, minimum height of 9 foot (marqees are fine)
• Slightly raised or staged, for DJ equipment.
• DJ area is next to the dance-floor.
• Please supply notice of any other Acts or Musicians on the night
• (please ask Dance Bands for a set-list, so I do not play their songs).
• Bottle of water and a big pot of hot coffee, please
